I small team and great working ambience. Good respect for job. Sent me to Norway for plant visit and training in the first year, followed by abroad visits to Hong Kong and Bangkok for Asian sales meets. We meet periodically at various metro cities for either celebration or sales reviews. Great going at Elkem-FPD

Nothing specific, but sometimes feel too much of work tension

Likes

Norway based parent co. hence policies were mostly liberal. No much work pressure. All colleagues were respecting each other and supportive in behaviour.

Dislikes

Nothing to say about dislike. The co. was in the business of EPC for Steel & Iron Industry hence projects were very less and because of recession in the industry co. could not survive and diverted to other business.
