Bonus policy is really bad, they are issuing Jan-Dec bonus in next September. HR ops can be improved. There is communication gap in appraisal process, hope it will improve in future.

The company values its employees and does not require them to work outside of office hours. Employees have built an excellent team spirit, and their interpersonal bonds are great.

I dont have any specific dislikes at this moment but i can give an area of improvement. When new comers join, instead of they reading confluence pages and understanding the process, it will be great if any of the team members arrange a call with them technically explain the skeleton of the their respective framework that will give them more understanding and confidence in the first three weeks before they take up their original jiras

In my case, when I joined this company as an intern they noticed my potential and gave me the work that I deserved, this helped me to grow as a new individual. I'm happy about almost everything, the opportunities I got, events, and support from senior subordinates, my manager, and the team. got the opportunity to work with onshore people. This is my first company and it is the best. I'm having the opportunity to grow with the company

I would like to have a branch in Bengaluru (IT hub), prefer to work from an office that is near to home

No one blamed others, everyone took responsibility and ownership of their mistake. Everyone helps each other. There is no fight between the Developer and QA everyone works harmoniously. Everyone respects everyone equally. listening to their thought and opinions even if you are fresher, junior or senior. exposure to the latest technology. We follow Agile (All processes).
