Here, the whole pressure is only on the frontline team; if anything good happens, it is done by the manager; if anything bad happens, it is the fault of the frontline team; he did not do it. Here, the zonal sales manager or regional sales manager do nothing; they just put pressure on the frontline team. And the upper management has put a blindfold on their eyes.
For this reason, the job here is not secure at all. The company will say, "Don't come from tomorrow. Terminated from the job without any notice.
...gement is transparent .there is a hug cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike .
Poor Management specially who don't know the ground level and marketing skills.

ESPL is professionally run company which follows the company rules and gives all the facilities like PF , Mediclaim health insurance , gratuity etc from day 1 of joining . The atmosphere in the company is enthusiastic and the company policies are very transparent for all over india . There r opportunities to learn and experiment while working in this company and during panedemic also the company supported the staff by giving 50% of the salary without any work. This increased our confidence in the company and I know I am going to walk many miles towards progress in this company.
One has to perform in this company and ur performance is mapped , however non performers may have issue but for a company with vision to progress one has to give the performance.
