1. Employees are treated like s*#t, not supposed to have any personal life even on sundays. 2. Toxic founder- he will humiliate you in front of everyone and don’t even regret it. 3. People don’t stay more than 6 months, most people leave sooner. 4. Everyone in the company is looking for a job. 5. False promises are made to make employees stay. 6. Not 1 person is happy in the company. People who are giving ratings more than 2 stars are lying.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
