Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Staff is much better than seniors. They are very friendly, supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

According to my experience staff is good but seniors are selfish they only know how to put pressure on the employees but they never support you , if you do good work they will never appericate for you performance.

There is no job security ,the work pressure is very high.sometime I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the night .

The work culture of company was very friendly for the employees as well as fi Or the clients. Elite wealth advisor ltd is a broking house which works to serve its clients with best of its service. They provide time to time technical & educational training to their employees . Conducts proper seminar for employees n clients. Overall in my small tenure of 19 months I learnt alot in a very friendly environment. Even in future if possible I love to work with the company.
