This company exisit is a big question mark since the working environment is terrible..no support from team leaders..The male team leader thinks himself to be boss..very immature and no skills for handling team.. Work can be assignned anytime after 6 pm also and they would expect you to write 3000 words aftr ofc hours..no. onsideration for employees..they treat you like garbage..terrible organisation

The work life balance at the company is very good and the shift timings are also very flexible. The organisational culture of the company is very cordial and amicable and the management has a very professional approach in dealing with the operational activities. There exists a mutual camaraderie amongst the employees. The company provides a remote working option and the work pressure is quite reasonable as well. The owner is also very considerate at times of personal emergencies.

The salary structure of the company needs to be changed and employee's personal growth and development should be emphasised more. The issue regarding perks and benefits including holidays and vacations is another sector to look into.

...an balance both my personal and professional life whilst delivering quality job. The salary gets credited on time so that's a big relief. The team leaders and managers are very cooperative. They will help you whenever you have some diffculties regarding any task. You can rely on them at any given point. Professionalism is also maintained in here throughout.

The management is very friendly and supportive of the employees. Our boss is also cooperative. Sometimes the pressure is more but which corporate doesn't have it? So, overall it's nice, especially the workplace culture is very flexible and lenient. Although there are no formal benefits like PF or Payslips, I don't expect it from SMEs, because many MNCs like Deloitte, etc. have these benefits yet fire people in the middle of a crisis (pandemic) whereas Elite, even being an SME, gives jobs to people continuously.

Nothing about the workplace; some issues may be personal but the company is better than many other companies in this industry.
