Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

company has a good slab in the market if you compare all the channel partners provide as much salary you are expecting as you want at first good for people working on commission not for salaried sales person

will be expecting you to generate sale within 2 months without proper guidance and support and if not done so , you will receive a termination mail on any random day without any prior discussion salary given to the employee depends on mood of your tl, since its getting debited from his account, no professionalism, no job security you receive salary after begging hr on 15-20th of every month in CASH you have to collect it from account person in from of everyone. First of all pls do not plan a carreer in real estate if you are someone looking for atleast a stable fixed income every month Employees here working 6 months without any salary
