After 1year completed didnt get any salary hikes increment.. and as i resigned recently still pending my releaving letter and experience certificate , canteen facility should be improved,more care should be taken to adhere to the covid protocols.. accomodation facities should be improved

Company policies are followed of 1990's, Job security is good as many employees joined in 1990's are still working there & will be there till retirement. Work culture is pretty poor no work life balance, No job satisfaction and Management prefer work more than employee safety.

Dislikes

Politics specially from the Admin Head in Thrissur, Work environment.
