The work culture is very toxic, where you will always be unsure about your job security and also you will always be pushed for working extra hours and going that extra mile to acheive things and the saddest part is that no additional compensation is provided for the same.

To be frank Salary is the only benefit.

This is a good company(in terms of salary benefits)with the worst environment. There is no proper allignment and the atmosphere is not meant for all. Properly relieved from the company after serving 2 months, got the F&F settlement around 75 days delayed, HR Operation team is very lethargic, didnt approve my PF till now(around 3 months). Company should have some proper team to handle these things rather than making the ex employees life miserable.

Initial temptation of higher salary. But beware !! Don't fall into this trap. They will suck the last drop of your blood.

This is a very good company; there is no problem with salary, and you get salary benefits as per your wish, so you can easily fulfill your dreams according to your salary.
