... Feb 2020 and after few days itself lockdown has given due to pandemic covid-19. As i have received my salary these lockdown till May month 2020 but after June month my organisation will not pay my salary till this pandemic covid-19 situation will be not under control.

Dislikes

Now HR departments asking me to give resignation because they will not going to pay salary going forward but i have not given resignation till now. I will wait for till the situation under control.

The job is very changeling and it keeps me on my toes. One place that i came across which has zero gender discrimination. I had fun working at elior I had my fair share of good and bad days and my Boss was a gem.

Dislikes

There's is no work life balance and won't let you have one. They don't understand that the employees are an asset to the company they certainly don't treat them that way. Appraisals are non existent and the HRs just promises something and never keep up their word or they don't have a system in place to do so. They will exhaust you with work until you collapse. In order for a company to grow they should be able to see through the weakness and threats which they somehow ignore to fix or to even look at. And the health insurance they never gave me the insurance card nor tell me what is covered, not even the HR knows it that's the worst part. One of the manager has this idea that QHSE belongs in the field like a watchman and makes you stand or be on your feet all day because that's his idea of work which is strange because that's not what QHSEs do.
