Pakage and Salary not proper on time (like jan month salary on august month or may be more months it takes). Not fixed position in company. It change depends on workload.

No values given to work dedication persons, just do what the higher person is telling even it is waste work, you will get good increments. if you do what is good for company, you will not get any increments
