The company is very good and friendly colleagues. Nobody puts much pressure on employees. Always gives freedom for employees to work. Follows very good standards and very good disciplined company. Maintain products training regularly. Job security wise It's like a government job. Career growth bit less than other companies in the market.

Salary growth is less but as per company profile, company is giving good increments.

Nothing, Dipankar Banerjee created a toxic environment within the company, nobody wants to work in elico just because of him and he has a habit of poking his nose everywhere. He treats everyone like his personal servant and management never takes any action against him.Don't join elico till Dipankar dies.

Dislikes

Dipankar Banerjee should be terminated with immediate effect.He screams at everyone ,abuses them,mentally tortures which is why everyone is leaving Elico. He is the most toxic manager and most third class sales guy.Being a manager can't even frame a proper sentence in English and always tries to put the blame on others
