Politics, Politics & More Politics. Senior Management is worst here. LCCI (India Office) culture is very different (worst) compared to LCC (US Office). You can survive here if you are a bootlicker OR if you are ignorant/careless about your career/health. "No Retaliation Policy" is a joke here. Especially in LRL Tech@Lilly, all the leaders have their internal understanding wrt politics. They will play with your career here. PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS FIRM (For India Office.) My career is going down the sewers here. Just waiting for 2 YOE Completion, So that I can get out. If you make it here, because of some obligation, always have a pokerface, and learn that you are not at fault whatever happens to you.

The salary and benefits are good. It is also a con since once you are in that salary range there are no other companies outside lilly willing to give you the expected salary.

Dislikes

They promote culture so much but in reality the upper management do not follow what they preach. There is retaliation if you raise concerns. They do not take action on survey feedback. Promotion goes to only people who talk aimlessly and not to the people who actually put in the work. The upper management will take the credit for your work. Recognition is some teams is almost nil. The company was good until 2020 but after that it was a downward spiral for employees.
