Dislikes

All organisation has a problem. In here growing in career takes time as no of departments are less. And hiigher archy is very simple structured. Also products are less. And man power is comparitively less. And sometimes when we are not upto company needs some maybe given time to leave organization. Still they are given opportunity to develop themselves . Thats a good part of Az policy. Overall Astrazeneca is one of the best organization to work for. I have spent many years in here.
