Training is good but salary not give satisfaction and political it's good but ya some issues in equipments so pls improve that specially the compressor oils

Boss culture is not in Elgi . Boss are very supportive to drive and handle responsibilities

Car policy should be revised at manager level and salary structure at manager level should be distinguished with lower bands
