It's been 2 years being a member of Elevati Family as a QA Automation Engineer, I appreciate the work culture, team is technically sound and always put their first foot forward to help in any situation. I have seen my learning graph growing exponentially and feel more confident in facing new challenges, my hardwork has always got recognition and appreciation which is motivating

Encourage upskilling, Ample learning opportunities for those who are interested. HR Policies are good and mostly government holidays are chosen to get long weekends. No weekend work except extreme cases. Good work-life balance. You are sure to get different experience.

I worked at Elevati for a year, Every one at Elevati is Technically sound and always ready to help to team members. Management is quick responsive and they always help their employee as much as possible. Best part of Elevati is Leave Policy. One of best leave policy in IT Industry.

Working as UI engineer in company I have learn a lot more things. We always try to use latest technology. I always get help from my seniors if I stuck somewhere. The company has really good culture.
