Very progressive company regarding the projects undertaken by them.

Work life is utter shit in this company.. site engineers don't even pay a single rupee for working overtime, night shifts and even on working on Sundays. Feels like you are doing social service in this company by just working and without even getting paid for your work. When you are out of town for projects they just give you 300 Rs per day as DA. Imagine adjusting your Breakfast, lunch and dinner in just 300 Rs... Lol. If you're looking for Office job, you can go for it. But as project engineers/ Site engineers it's a big No No...
