Owner a total bania. His 22 years old rude son runs the show and ridicules people all the time. A few close confidents are rotting for several years, they won't grow neither let others and company grow. 24*7 work culture and ceo can call text anytime. 24*7 tracking, will force to download 24*7 tracking apps or leave.

...for employee benefit. Biased outlook of management towards only specific few. Appraisals dont happen timely, salary comes timely. Work politics is tremendous here.

I had to sue the company legally and with help of ministry, goi to get my maternity benefits. That explains there mindset.

They give good hike if you achieve the target. But the worst part is you have to fight for a decent appraisal.

Pathetic management, as it is run by family members of the owner. no vision, no space to work freely, often you will be ask to do things which are wrong, unprofessional and unethical.

Its very interesting that elets often organize monthly and quarterly rewards, I have been recognized twice in these programs. I really appreciate that the company is recognizing young talent also

Nothing as such, just you have to be very active while working

Nothing to like here, organization is full of politics .. No job security you can't get anything to learn here

No job security, they can force the employees to give resign and leave the organization. No job security at all.
