There is lot of politics. You do not get appraisal as per the profile, knowledge, experience and work. Benifit are given like God Grace. There is no policy. If management like you, does not matter whether you are capable or not, you will get everything which you can't get in your profile anywhere.

...s company is more than 1.5 yr old. :). Highly priced and non technical products. Company gives a good compensation but somehow it is compensated with the amount of stress you carry daily. Travel policy is poor. Overall waste of time and hurdle in further career growth.

Dislikes

There are no growth opportunities available in market after working in this company as the products are non technical and highly priced compared to other established European brands in the market. There is no job security. You never know when your director fire you and you are in a state of extreme stress when you are not prepared for it.

Everything is dislike. Bcz that organisation is fake and that company is running via father and son. In that company father CEO and son is Branch manager and there is no ko. Guarantee anytime they can fired without any intimation. After that they can't entered you in the organization.
