During my 15plus career years, the most pathetic and filthy organization to work with. Management is very rigid, sadistic and not at all employee satisfaction oriented. Clear sort of staff exploitation by making you work literally all the time by giving peanuts. Expect no humanity from the management even if you are sick. Typically a husband & wife controlling firm even though there are two other partners in the company but have no voice. These people are not from hospitality industry and are from low class plastic manufacturing industry so expect such standards from them. Not even ONE staff who is working in the firm OR left the firm will say any good things on the work standard in the firm.
