There is a lot of politics. Hire employees for staff on requirements Cheper Salary. Career growth is very slow. Management beviour is very dirty. Indian ,Corean staff person rootly shorting on peoples. And Management person communications skilled wrost.

Mr. Kim (Korean person) he is plant head and he want all members Production and Quality specially Quality team not work here only Machine and Equipment team work. He always target to Quality that to punish them. If Quality team make analysis report against Machine and Equipment team then he will be fired. Now no one want to work under Quality and now the situation of quality team very worst. If any one not believe then to there and work with Quality team.
