Flexible work timing and Location. Good support from coworkers. Young company. Good place to learn for freshers and less experienced people.

Dislikes

Definitely not recommended for 8+ years experienced persons for Project Management/BA/PO roles. You will always be pressurized for trivial things. You will get unnecessary escalations. No work life balance. Constant change of work priorities. Culture is not applicable for the mid experienced folks. You won't get a chance to show your talent. Always it will be like I say, you do.
