Elegrow technology encourages new ideas and young talent. Travel facilities are great. You will be working with leading market players of power sector.

One has to compromise a bit with work life balance if one is working on field. Although, it would provide you with the opportunities to travel across India and abroad as well. Salaries are average as its a growing organization.
