Good job security and yearly party once.

Dislikes

Very low salary and variable income is not given honestly. No work life balance and HR doesn't care about you. No proper drinking water facilities also at some branches.

1. Cricket tournament in a year for all employees 2. Employee gathering in hotel ambassador 3. Free tea for all employees 4. Canteen meal is 75% paid by company and 25% by employees that is really good , quality is good

Dislikes

1. No training for purchase for growth 2. No bus for employees 3. Less salary increment 4. No proper sitting arrangement for employees for safety of COVID 5. Yearly appraisal receives at month of June instead of april

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
