Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Company good .but Design manager Syed abuthahir very worst.For example Some problem was created reason for site issue .but Syed blame me ...that's I am triminated..Main thinking he is not like me. That's I am terminated .he was very worst.he is not involved project

Focus on the positives. Focus on the work rather than the people. Explain how it prepared you for this new position. Explain why conditions are better

Dislikes

I enjoy my current position, but one area that my present employer could improve is employee retention. We’ve had high turnover and I can feel the whole team’s mood dip when we receive an email that yet another person has left. Otherwise, it’s a great office environment and I’ve enjoyed all of the projects and work.
