...l program and gaming are never seen before in other companies that I seen in ET. Aspected salary also give from ET and bonus give every year. I really miss ELECTROTHERM. If they give opportunity to rejoin the job . I will be very happy to work with ET.

I don't know actually, that politics or not but , Management doesn't address clear reason to leave ET. Management said that you are nominated for manpower deduction list during Covid pandemic that time I am stunned. I given my all efforts and honestly works to ET. I have 2.8 years great experience in ET .Still, I am job less. I dislike these things to happen with me in ET.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
