HOD's are supportive, but lack due to management vision.

Dislikes

No management vision regarding work life balance as well as compensation and benefits, no salary appraisals for long time. In short not good company for settle in, only one can go in for short term benefit like gaining experience.

The only liking about ESL is: it is near to my hometown.

Dislikes

...ill development for my carrer growth. Not having proper training for new joinee. And many more demotivating things came like for growth and salary and while working too. Also, many people especially seniors person resign from here which would lead all the work pressure to a single person.
