No salary increment, No bonus, didn't respect any talented persons work, and wont gave any appraisal and promote the person even if you does the work for 6 years. Very dominating manager.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teamates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal ate fair and they give salay home and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Job security, Friendly people, Food is ok, salary on time no delay, provide accommodation and food, 8 hrs work, communication

Dislikes

Management is worst, Increament is very low compared to other companies, Doesn't provide any experience certificate, work environment is terrible, no transport facilities, low education knowledge is enough to work, career growth is poor.

Nothing to like working at MM Forgings

...istant/secretary. I mean there are 2 secretaries always in top heads department. Those who are joining as 2nd secretary, will lose his job at any time even though if he is a good performer and getting poor/average/high/very high salary and not like 1st secretaries who are working for more than 15 - 20 years. Management will not show any courtesy and will terminate these 2nd secretaries without any valid reason. My advice is if a person who is really having dependant and commitment to run his family with a salary getting from M M Forgings job, he should not join here with a planning of continuing in long run.
