In export department there is a serious oversight of SA8000 policy. Poor dispatch planning is ruining work-life balance. Eating on executive's personal time to make profit. They don't deserve SA8000 certification. Poor management. So called Babu culture rules and the managers are always ready to follow the whims of Babus, and turning a blind eye to the real issues. TVs, sofa-sets, flowers pots gets more care and attention than the executives.

Someone who wants to settle, can join with a handsome package and can continue his rest of the life in a great engineering and helth work culture based manufacturing organisation.

As a company it's good , work culture is good other than the export & fittings department, salary credit timely. Employees are friendly & they will help you if you stuck.

the export division is pathetic specially almost all TICs ziro work life balance , the documentation process is horrible as they create 3 to 4 pre shipment documents for one single FCL container due to pricing issue. They don't have any control over factory. Factory loading workers delayed the loading process to get the OT. Due to this loading issue we have to wait long after working hours ( at least 7.30 to 8.30 avg ). Though Saturday is half working here but we left office after 6 only. HR policy is also pathetic you will have to wait 1 yr to get your PL credited you can only avail CL.

1.Slow Career growth.Very less increasement for junoir lever employees Very less Salary structure. 2.No professional training or opportunity for skill development for new joinees. 3.No Pick up and drop facilities for shift employees. 4.No special benefits for those who are working in Hot zone even also in Summer season. 5.Company will provide you 40 leaves per year(PL+CL) but you can't get opportunities to take more than 10 leaves.No Extra payment, if you attend in holy days.

If you don't wanna develop. Only your aim is to sit and do nothing and get min salary. Then it's best company for you.

Most of the old people formed group. If are new you will be outsider. They don't want you to develop.
