Good place to learn about the world of modern machine tools. They have a lot of proprietary tech. and good defence arm too. One of the few a to z in house capable technology company, starting from fabrication to IoT implementation.

...s essential for proper functionality. The uniform too, could do with a refresh. Pay can be better.

Aprriciable politics .if you are very talented then join this company & spoil your career by self. Work life balance is so good ..like you have to work 14 to 16 hrs daily when you are on site without any complaint.

Poor mentality of management. Zero transperancy in HR policy. No support when you are on site. No working hrs policy . They use you like, extract juice from sugarcane stick. If you need to learn politics then this company was Master in politics.
