Work culture is pathetic HR policies are against the employees Salary structure is worst No increment at all No career growth I won't recommend anyone to join this company

Very flexible timing. No salary deductions. Very close to metro station and bus stop.

Dislikes

Very bad tea with full water and lot of sugar. Company lift is very small and slow. Washroom very small. Tissue paper not there in washroom. Office AC not working properly. Cafeteria plates are not good. Very old plates. Office chair not comfortable. Cushion not giving comfort. No offers to employees. Increment happen only 3 times in 5 years. No resting room in office. No good restaurants nearby office.

Hi some problems,management to me that's why IAM resigned job spechally timings problems,no salary increment no follow labour rules.no sick leaves casual leaves,no increment ,no health insurance.management company system not correct especially employees caring.

I like to work inthis company but some of particular reasons to not willing to work 😞.

There is no responses taken about employees.should be taken there own decision on employee to remove anytime.only who are supporting to higher authority it will be sustained the company.when employee remove onthe particular location they didn't know even higher authority.when Saturday & Sunday May take leave 4000/- rps will be debited on employee.
