Eps seniors are not cooperative even though I have maintained uptime of atm above 93percent but no body know the value of employees please justify why employees are not safe in eps Even through check last 6 month my record

I feel good to be a part of EPS family. I have achieved what i wish for. Great Company environment and great culture , Great Motivation from seniors . Looking for long period partner with this company.

The most stupid Organization that I have worked for. The CEO/ MD is an accidental Entrepreneur as he himself claims all the time. He delegates his responsibilities not to his senior Management personnel but to his secretary who virtually runs the show. There is every doubt what is the hold that she has on the CEO. Another funny thing is that Square Pegs are put in Round Holes. Means people are given jobs with responsibilities that they are competent to do.

Job Security wise company is good, excellent support from management, good office culture, supportive HR team

Need to improve recruitment process, Favoritism need to stop within team, it is impacting on hard working employees performance and company growth

Being working on third party payroll 100 percent job security is here. No differentiation between eps payroll and off roll employee. Work culture is the best, Income isn’t the only thing we get from EPS. We received another benfits such as pick up and drop health insurance, benefits, time off, or teambuilding opportunities. Management is transparent, friendly environment.

Dislikes

EPS first thinks for employee and their family well being. Company who thinks for employee families i dont think their would be any dislikes.
