Employee welfare is zero. There is no scope for promotion. Salary also not increases on time. Also, there is no job security. many people got fired from this organisation without any reason.
This contractual job is highly risky and you will be terminated without any prior warning. EMMC almost destroyed my future but somehow my talent worked.
