Dislikes

Extreme level of Boss culture. Work load is very high. You have to work under strict discipline. Guidelines has to follow religiously. CCTV camera and access control is at every inches. Not allowed to speak with other departments.

Very nice work environment and culture. All policies are best.

Dislikes

There is lots of chances to grow with this organisation. I worked here about 7 year and enjoyed all the time. There is no issues all issues solved by management.
