...rules overnight and start deducting salaries or compensation all possible ways..It's a fraud company- in lockdown even after good business they have returned amount which was deducted from salary (50% salary deducted for 4 months)

Dislikes

Management don't know how to manage only- they only knows how to deduct salaries and save money, 2 years bond they makes for employment and then in this 2 years they will do whatever they wants to do.

They will give more opportunities to learn new things, and they always ready for our relieving letter if you are a fresher.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There won't be any salary if you are a fresher. I've been there for 9 months and they didn't pay me a single penny. Though I was working and helping them.

Micro management, they don't provide releiving letter if you leave before 2yrs(for juniors), 3yrs for seniors. Toxic work environment. Please avoid this company, it's a trap bcoz you can't leave next 1 year if you get hike even if you have completed 3yrs
