No job security at all. Can hire you when they needed and will throw you out with out any notice period just because they cant afford your salary. Worse work culture . They will tell you work which is not related to your post i.e. packing of masala . Will shout at you foe no reason. They will call you doll which do not work at all. (although you do extra work with out any incentives). No respect for girls at all. Management is like boss is king . you can not ask or say anything ( Act like donkey with no brain). No policies . No paid leaves. No sick leaves ( Do your work if you are dying too).

I just disliked the treatment given to employees . Treated us like trash. Its just terrible working there.
