It is a 35 years old company started with 5 employees now grown to 100+ strength and developed it's own testing facilities that required for all Systems and sub systems for defence organization's. ECS extends other organization's the test facilities.

Dislikes

There are hardly any neative dislikes. As at every stage participation of employees part of its growth secrets. Definitely some dislikes may crop up but same redressed amicably.
