NORMAL 8 HRS DUTY+16 HOURS ON-CALL+8 HOURS DUTY NEXT DAY. THIS IS WORST, AND BE INFORMED THAT YOU ARE DOING HIGH RISK JOB OF HIGH VOLTAGE SWITCHING.

Dislikes

Overdependence on consultants which leads to not relying on own staff and derogatory for their development. Very of the JD requires real responsibility. It is up to you to review techinical & financial submissions or nothing at all. Even though expert in-house staff are present , their views matter little as long as they toe in line with business minded "Consultants" who are paid by to do work and their pay depends to them getting their contracts stretched and getting even more new ones.
