.... It’s just that I feel I am not rewarded enough for the work I do for them. Surely, maybe they do not have the budget to pay me more, and that’s fine. But I honestly believe that with my experience I should be earning more than 50K annually.

...shers and apprentices ITI and diploma. Poor Management. Employees are not happy. Poor salary. No one can stays here long

Poor management, Long and lengthy process for any system work, Slow carrier growth, Work load is high, Not good for young, enthusiastic and talented candidate, Poor canteen facility, No job security, No transperency in management work.

Nothing to like except easily to NOT WORK or find excuses for NOT WORKING. Holidays are more.

...and middle management and some seniors prey on junior and assistant engineers. No significant increase in salary for lower package persons. You feel like your life is over and you can't easily leave as these people are so stubborn that they can not reduce even one day from 3 months notice period except you are relative to some higher authority. You must struggle every day to complete your work as there is no staff replacement once person leaves company. Maybe you can get contract persons to train him. Helper staff is just drawing higher salaries to sit just like higher management.
