...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Feel proud to work as PRD personel, just because it is a योगदान towards election commission of India, but the money the are offering is not sufficient, you have to make a stay by yourself, have food by yourself, you have to carry your own mattresses blanket etc. And what do you get 570 on daily basis. Not worthy. And when you have to go to the assigned polling station, you will get 300 rs for your food which you have to buy there also not worthy. So if you want to make money never choose PRD personel, but if you want to donate your service it is a better place.

Job training is not given to new trainees.

Actually I was working there as on contract role but still could not get better experience. - Work culture is almost good but not so much better for contract employees. - No more words for that place.

- Work pressure is much more, no flexibility. - They focus only on their office work except your family problem, personal issues etc. - No work balance. - No one can understand your concern if whenever you get stuck in any big problem in that case your job can be lost.

It is very flexible to work. My team is very suport to me . Punchuality is very importang. Then i feel very secured and comfortable. I learn more experience .

I dont know t is few month contract . I worked that place few month 0nly. I feel sad . There is few discourages Only.

Job satisfaction, was bored doing e-commerce and chasing targets for past 5+ years. Here we do something which actually matters and touch life of billions

No performance based growth. Teams are compensated evenly regardless of their performance, hence, achievers are not happy and finally move on ASAP
