The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Manager do not value an individuals unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

The senior management people listen to us, Although it takes time to put it into streamline

Delay but not denied monthly salary.... Promotion criteria is not good, as my hod recommends for my promotion but management speaks only in terms of marketing/ business development whereas I am being a service engineer brings business indirectly to my company by making a strong base because of my confidence, professionalism, and trust worthiness. If we don't commission and h/o the equipment properly then in future we shall be neglected for their future business in pipeline... Hence in short I would like to say the evaluation procedure and protocols should have different methods in identifying the different candidates as per their nature of Job 2. No medical facilities for individual and family 3.Infact yearly medical examination was also cancelled to do cost cutting
