Low pay, lack of medical facilities except Head office to employees , no real encouragement to the talented/devoted, decisions based on only biased opinions, importance to those who are chemchas to higher ups

Those who are belongs to Gujarat or Gujarati are only survivors rest of other state they are treat like less minded people, in India i will face 1st time in my hole carrier racism 😔
