I had worked with very helpful teammates. I gain very much knowledge about Aviation industry. I had started my Carrer from this Company. It gaves me all knowledge about Aviation & received proper trainings related to my job profile.

the efforts of company towards the uniform and gifts are really appreciable the quality of uniforms is good .

the work pressure is very high but compensations and salary is not good enough i am working hard from past eight years on the same post and i am not getting promoted also, the growth of an individual employ is very slow.

...they are hiring young people after completing 10+2. No leaves no flexi timings . Salary is very low. No admin and HR bother about their staff health First they said night shift will have transport After joining nothing Salary is for fresher 15k below

...o are all working in night shift the company must need to give weekly twice off.second is salary is low. I have 6yrs of experience in aviation but my salary is 25000.3rd is no OT, night allowance.

There is nothing to like about everything is bad here work load time balance salary everything suck here infact cab service is also bad....

I will rather suggest look for some other good opportunities if you don't have any other options no good opportunity then only you can look for here otherwise it's not worth at all.
