Dislikes

The company has a toxic work culture, with no proper training, unfair Chalaan Policies, excessive micromanagement, and zero work life balance. Employees are subjected to constant surveillance, verbal abuse, and unreasonable expectations, with no opportunities for growth, employees and Interns are exploited and the CEO/Head's (One manager of all employees) behavior is unprofessional and demeaning, making it a mentally exhausting and demotivating workplace.
