No work life balance Delayed Salary Nothing to learn They mostly have final year intern as employee. While hiring they tells role as ML, AI etc but force them to work on circuit testing. They threaten intern to give negative feedback to their college. Eldaas will force u to work what they want , not what ur skills are. They ask a CS engineer to design a circuit. They ask people to dig mud on name of testing. They don't have proper team for any thing. No ethics They tells something while hiring gives zeros post joining. They force women employee to go through forest to their home alone at 9 PM. In time in office is fixed but out time is not fixed. Working hour more than 10 hrs They will always questions u if u r late by 5 min but will not say anything if u r leaving office 3 hrs late. Many things to say.....

I have been working in ELDAAS from 9 years. in this long span, I got the opportunity to be involved in various activities from training to finance. it is indeed a great place to work. but due to some personal reasons, I am forced to leave this place, which I am not at all happy to do. work atmosphere is simply great here. with only 9 years of experience, now I am already getting opportunities which I would not get without 20 years of regular experience. i am very grateful to eldaas to empower me with skill and knowledge worth 20 years of experience.

Commute is little difficult, its far from city.

I was working as a testing engineer before joining here. But Eldaas gave me an opportunity to work right in the design house. now i am a part of the designing team for three projects. The best thing here is, they have excellent consultants who support day and night. They have a 360 degree expertise in the core domain, which gives a lot of scope to learn.
