Initially it was good work culture and transparency was maintained from 2008 to 2010.

Dislikes

very Poor Management for last 4 years.No career growth and opportunities. They employ only candidates having strong reference and the capability not considered at all. Basically if you have godfather then just you don't have work just praise your godfather and survive
