There are many things to dislike here as people like parush sharma who being an HR works for the company side and not for the employee side He had hired one person who's age was above the needed age for the post He hires people who are recommended by people who have the connection well built People like Manish Choudhary who talk softly on your face and then turn his back on you Gailendra dwivedi one of the biggest fraud person who was in the company he becomes jealous of anyone he finds his above his level and mind you he does not has any level Only lies will give you success in this company Never join this company the one who know well are always on target in this company Worse behaviour no future planning Nothing that you can learn to grow on

Work culture is great it's a certified great place to work. There are plenty growth opportunities for the right candidate, there are numerous learning platforms available and it's encouraged by management.

Salary should be increased. And work days can be reduced from 6 to 5.

Work from home, Salary has no pending will get properly, Will get travel expense Insurance is excellent Manager & colleague is Pakka

No work security, Work start from 8 to 7 Work is not flexible As procurement they have no power to buy a material, , Sales & Operation team will give the list of item to procure( didn't like that process), as per list only procure the material. In this company Procurement (SRE)has no value,They are under the sales team,S&OP team,operation &pricing team. Procurement executive is working in field, they are deep contact between supplier, they know the seasonal product, demand product, but they have no power to buy the product If we need to buy the exceptional product, mail approval will get after 1 week. Here S&OP team from other state, if we communicate them also, they will not approve, as per my opinion need to assign the S&OP native person for the each state,

Simply barging on mid level employees. The worst company i have ever seen. High pressure with low salary. The team leader Akarsh acts like a boss of the company silly fellow(banglore office). They don't know the value of employees. How to treat employees.

Even the founder doesn’t knows what they are doing . I believe last option will be to go for IPO and get the investors money out . The marketing head doesn’t knows a difference between hoarding and banner .
