The entire company runs on the whims of the founders. Solely dependent on the available funding, they close any project any time without any consult or intimation with team members. Its just a horrible company where career goes to die.

No proper work timings. Organization expect you work 24 hours for them. No proper thought process of the upper management. They only there to delegate. Toxic culture. No proper career progress plan.

It's the worst company I had joined, there is no life balance, no job security, Senior management is always doing politics, there is no support from upper management even if you are Area Manager you have to work like you are a Loader/labour & no one care about you, you asked for manpower they will threat you for fire. Here no meanings of operation team here only the value of sales team, even if you are Area Manager Sales Executive can abuse you & management will support only sales team. Worst company ever.
