Offer letter - Accepted

Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

The started an new unit Cole base power generation. I happy I am a part of team, on-site travel is completely dependent.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but increment is less. the work pressure is very high. AGM/Manager do not value an individuals' unique strengths.

The company is open and readily adopts latest technology.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No peace of mind. The work pressure is very high. Managers, Asst. Gen. Manager do not value an individuals. Also, there is no on-job training for fresher's. Senior folks like me have to guide us step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
