Work environment is very good and employs will grow along with the company because Elan Group has grown up beyond their expectation since past 5 yesrs.

Dislikes

All employees are working with their optimum strength. So Employer will listen both party discussion / points in case any incident happens within an organisation. It has been seen that after employment of Top management, they blaim to honest employees because of only he wants employment of their own team. In this case, only employer will be sufferer and they understand after few days. So, employer and HR should understand and discuss with both party, not to listen only top management words.
